Greyson Cohen
Greyson Cohen serves as Assistant General Counsel at McKenna & Associates, LLC, where he provides strategic legal support on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.

Greyson combines a background in environmental studies, renewable energy, and intellectual property with a commitment to creative industries and innovative problem-solving for the firm’s clients and portfolio companies.

Greyson earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2024. While at Cardozo, he served as Podcast Editor for Cardozo Law Review (Vol. 45), published Digital Purgatory and the Rights of the Dead: Protecting Against Digital Disinterment in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, Cardozo Law Review De Novo, 121 (2023). He also participated in the Filmmakers Legal Clinic and Fashion Law Practicum, where he advised clients on legal challenges in the film and fashion industries. Greyson is now admitted to practice law in Maryland.

Before attending law school, Greyson graduated from Dartmouth College in 2019 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. He worked at LevelTen Energy in Seattle, Washington, as a utility-scale renewable energy sales representative, assisting clients in advancing their clean energy goals.
